Lender Service Agreement

DropPls operates solely as a technology intermediary that connects skin lenders ("Lenders") with renters ("Renters"). DropPls is NOT a party to any rental transaction between you and a Renter.

DropPls does not hold, escrow, guarantee, or compensate for any CS2 in-game items. You transfer skins directly through your own Steam account; they never pass through a DropPls account.

DropPls 仅作为技术中介平台，连接出租方与租客。平台不是交易一方，不托管、不担保、不承保、不赔付任何饰品，也不取得饰品所有权。您通过自己的 Steam 账号直接向租客发送饰品，饰品绝不经过 DropPls 账号。

• ·Listing Infrastructure — technology to advertise your available skins and reach verified renters.
• ·Renter Vetting — trust score display, rental history, and identity verification status for each renter before you approve the trade.
• ·Risk Controls — ability to set a minimum trust score and/or require identity-verified renters on each listing. You decide who you rent to.
• ·Replacement Value Authorization — every renter authorizes DropPls to attempt a card-on-file charge for your latest declared replacement value plus the recovery penalty configured when recovery is initiated. The currently configured penalty is 10%.
• ·Collection Assistance — in the event of default, DropPls may attempt that recovery charge. Authorization and collection do not guarantee a successful recovery or reimbursement.
• ·Evidence Preservation — DropPls retains Steam trade records, identity verification data, signed authorizations, and communication logs as evidence for potential legal proceedings.
• ·Account Enforcement — a confirmed default may reduce trust and result in restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal after platform review, depending on severity, history, and evidence.

平台提供：上架基础设施、租客信用查看工具、风控门槛设置、按最新申报替代价值加当前 10% 追偿罚金尝试扣款的授权、追偿协助、证据留存，以及经审核后的账号限制措施。扣款、追偿和赔付均不保证成功；永久移除并非每次违约的自动后果。

平台不提供：托管担保、饰品归还保证、追偿成功保证、损失赔偿、法律代理、任何形式保险。

出租方明确知晓并接受：租赁交易为出租方与租客的直接交易，饰品未归还的风险由出租方承担；DropPls 是非托管技术中介，不持有饰品、不提供保险，也不保证扣款、追偿或赔付；未追回的损失由出租方承担。

DropPls gives you the tools to control who can rent your items. On each listing, you may configure:

• ·Minimum Trust Score — only renters at or above your specified score (0–150) can book your listing.
• ·Require Identity Verification — only renters who have completed face + document verification can book your listing.

Higher-value items automatically require identity verification from renters (items declared above $500 market value). Items above $3,000 are blocked from listing during the beta period.

If a Renter appears to default (fails to return the item by the due date or causes its loss), DropPls may, after reviewing the available evidence:

1. Increment the Renter's violation count, reduce trust, or restrict or suspend the account
2. Attempt to charge the Renter's card on file for your latest declared replacement value plus the configured recovery penalty (currently 10%)
3. Compile and preserve an evidence package (trade history, identity data, authorization, communications)
4. Permanently remove the Renter when warranted by severity, history, evidence, and platform review
5. Make the evidence package available to you for any legal proceedings you choose to pursue

A payment authorization or recovery attempt does not guarantee collection or reimbursement. DropPls does not initiate legal proceedings on your behalf, nor does it represent you in any dispute.

疑似违约经审核后，平台可增加租客违规次数、降低信用、限制或暂停账号，并按出租方届时最新申报的替代价值加当前 10% 追偿罚金尝试从绑定银行卡扣款，同时保存现有证据。平台可根据严重程度、历史和证据永久移除账号，但这不是每次违约的自动后果。付款授权与追偿尝试不保证扣款或赔付成功；平台不代为提起法律诉讼。

During the beta period, the platform fee is 20% of rental revenue. Your share is 80%. Beta Founding Lenders are rate-locked — your rate will not increase retroactively when the standard rate changes.

Revenue is held for a 7-day safety window after rental completion before becoming available for withdrawal, to allow time to confirm item return.
