Renter Service Agreement
1. Platform Nature
DropPls operates as a technology intermediary connecting CS2 skin lenders with renters. DropPls is not a party to any rental transaction between you and a Lender. Rental transactions are directly between you (Renter) and the Lender.
DropPls does not hold, escrow, or take ownership of any items. Skins move directly between the Lender's and Renter's Steam accounts through manual trade offers; they never pass through a DropPls account.
DropPls 仅作为技术中介，租赁交易为您与出租方之间的直接交易。饰品通过双方手动发送的交易报价，直接在出租方与租客的 Steam 账号之间流转，绝不经过 DropPls 账号；平台不托管、不代持也不取得饰品所有权。
2. Renter Obligations
By placing an order on DropPls, you agree to:
- ·Return the rented item to the Lender via Steam trade offer by the agreed rental end date.
- ·Keep your Steam account secure during the rental period. Do not share your account credentials or trade access with third parties while holding a rented item.
- ·Not transfer, trade, sell, or use the rented item in any way that risks its permanent loss (e.g., scam trades, API key compromises, CS2 item duplication exploits).
- ·Maintain a valid payment method on file for the duration of the rental.
- ·Ensure your Steam Trade URL is current and correct so Lenders can send trade offers to you.
租客义务：按时通过 Steam 归还饰品、保管好 Steam 账号、不进行转卖/转借/任何风险操作、保持绑定信用卡有效、Trade URL 正确。
3. Replacement Value Authorization
Important — Please Read Carefully:
By placing any order on DropPls, you explicitly authorize DropPls to attempt to charge your payment method on file for the Lender's latest declared replacement value plus the recovery penalty configured when recovery is initiated if you fail to return the item or cause its loss (a "Default"). The currently configured recovery penalty is 10% of the declared replacement value.
This authorization remains valid for the full duration of the rental period plus any Free Play extension granted. The rental price is separate from this recovery charge. A payment authorization does not guarantee that a later collection attempt will succeed.

重要：下单即明确授权 DropPls 在您未归还或导致饰品丢失时，按出租方在发起追偿时最新申报的替代价值，加上届时配置的追偿罚金，尝试从绑定银行卡扣款；当前追偿罚金为申报替代价值的 10%。租金与该追偿金额相互独立，付款授权不保证后续扣款或追偿成功。
4. Default Definition & Consequences
A Default occurs when you: (a) fail to return the rented item by the rental end date (or any extended Free Play deadline); (b) cause the permanent loss of the item through any means; or (c) initiate a chargeback or dispute on your rental payment without a valid basis.
After a suspected Default, DropPls may take the following actions after reviewing the available evidence:
- ·Recovery Charge Attempt — DropPls may attempt to charge your payment method on file for the latest declared replacement value plus the configured recovery penalty. Collection may fail.
- ·Trust and Account Review — A confirmed Default may increment your violation count, reduce trust, and lead to account restrictions or suspension.
- ·Permanent Removal — DropPls reserves the right to permanently remove you depending on severity, history, evidence, and platform review; permanent removal is not an automatic consequence of every Default.
- ·Evidence Disclosure — DropPls will compile and may share with the Lender (and, if applicable, with legal authorities or civil courts) a full evidence package: Steam trade records, identity verification data, signed authorizations, and all communication history.
- ·Legal Action — DropPls reserves the right to pursue or assist the Lender in pursuing civil legal action against you for unrecovered losses, using your verified identity information.
疑似违约经审核确认后，平台可按最新申报替代价值加适用追偿罚金尝试扣款，但扣款可能失败；平台还可增加违规次数、降低信用，并根据证据、严重程度及账号历史采取限制、暂停或永久移除账号等措施。永久移除并非每次违约的自动后果。平台可保存并在适用情况下披露证据，并保留追究或协助追究法律责任的权利。
5. Identity Verification
Items with a declared market value exceeding $500 USD require identity verification prior to checkout. This process involves a face scan and document check conducted through our verification partner.
By completing identity verification, you consent to:
- ·The collection and storage of your biometric and identity document data by DropPls and its verification provider.
- ·The use of your identity data for fraud prevention, Default investigation, and (if applicable) legal proceedings.
- ·The disclosure of your identity data to law enforcement or courts in the event of a Default or fraud investigation.
市场价值 $500+ 的饰品下单前须完成身份验证（人脸识别+证件）。您同意平台收集并存储您的生物特征和证件信息用于防欺诈和违约追偿（包括向执法机构披露）。
6. Prohibited Uses
- ·Renting any item with the intent to default, retain, or profit from the item
- ·Using multiple accounts to circumvent bans or trust score requirements
- ·Sharing your DropPls account or Steam account while a rented item is in your custody
- ·Any use that violates Steam's Terms of Service or applicable laws
- ·Attempting to exploit the platform, manipulate trust scores, or submit fraudulent dispute claims
禁止行为：以违约为目的下单、多账号绕过封禁、账号共享、违反 Steam ToS 或法律法规、刷分/欺诈性争议。
7. Acceptance
By placing an order on DropPls ("Confirm & Drop It"), you confirm that you:
- ·Have read and understood this entire agreement
- ·Explicitly authorize DropPls to attempt the applicable recovery charge described above in the event of Default
- ·Understand that Default may reduce trust and lead to account restrictions, suspension, permanent removal after review, or potential legal action
- ·Consent to the collection and use of your identity and verification data as described above
- ·Are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter this agreement
